This 20-year experience of the New England Trophoblastic Disease Center demonstrates that women with postmolar gestational trophoblastic neoplasia (PMGTN) who are referred to a specialty center at the time of molar pregnancy diagnosis have clinical outcomes equivalent to women who are followed in the community and referred after a diagnosis of PMGTN.
